  Education is the most important element for the development of any society, country or person. I think that the most important contribution of education in present day can be to provide good citizens to our country. In fact, good citizens are the best product of education. Primary education is the foundation of our lives. Therefore, quality education should be given at the primary level on a psychological basis by qualified and discreet teachers.
Presently, the selection of qualified teachers at the primary level by the government is also being done on the basis of high standards. This is a good step. Those who pass the TET Exam at the primary level are being appointed as primary teachers. Thousands of eligible candidates are selected from a crowd of millions. To say it means that at present the people who are selected by the government in a crowd of millions are those who are in the forefront of the race. They can be called cream. But the surprising fact is that there are teachers appointed on the basis of best qualifications in government primary schools, but the level of education of the students is not found satisfactory, but found unsatisfactory findings. Despite being a qualified teacher, I found it difficult to find the following academic level. Ultimately I decided to go to the nuances of this. I tried to see and understand closely, and am making this blog a medium for public to reveal it as I understand. This is the first step in today's expression of expressing the journey.

शिक्षा किसी भी समाज ,देश या व्यक्ति के विकास के लिए सबसे महत्वपूर्ण तत्व है । मुझे लगता है कि वर्तमान में शिक्षा का सबसे महत्वपूर्ण योगदान हमारे देश को अच्छे नागरिक उपलब्ध कराने में हो सकता है। वास्तव में अच्छे नागरिक ही शिक्षा का सर्वश्रेष्ठ उत्पाद है। प्राथमिक शिक्षा हमारे जीवन की नीव होती है। अतः प्राथमिक स्तर पर गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा योग्य एवं विवेकशील शिक्षकों द्वारा मनोवैज्ञानिक आधार पर दी जानी चाहिए।
       वर्तमान में सरकार द्वारा प्राथमिक स्तर पर योग्य शिक्षकों का चयन भी उच्च मापदंडों के आधार पर किया जा रहा है। यह एक अच्छा कदम है । प्राथमिक स्तर पर टेट परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने वालों को ही प्राथमिक शिक्षक के रूप  में नियुक्ति दी जा रही है । लाखों की भीड़ में से कुछ हजार योग्य उम्मीदवारों का चयन किया जाता है। कहने का मतलब है कि वर्तमान में  सरकार द्वारा  लाखों की भीड़ में उसे जिनका चयन किया जाता है , वे लोग दौड़ में सबसे आगे वाले होते हैं । उन्हें क्रीम कहा जा सकता है । लेकिन आश्चर्यजनक तथ्य यह है कि सरकारी प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में सर्वोत्तम योग्यता के आधार पर नियुक्त शिक्षक हैं, लेकिन छात्रों की शिक्षा का स्तर संतोषजनक नहीं पाया जाता , वरन् असंतोषजनक पाया पाया जाता है । योग्य  शिक्षक होने के बावजूद निम्न  शैक्षिक स्तर का पाया जाना मुझे कचोटने लगा । अंततः मैंने इस की बारीकियों तक जाने का निश्चय किया।  मैंने निकट से देखने और समझने की कोशिश की , और जैसा मैं समझ पा रहा हूँ उसे सार्वजनिक रूप से प्रकट करने के लिए इस ब्लॉग को माध्यम बना रहा हूँ । इस यात्रा की अनुभूति को अभिव्यक्त करने के क्रम में आज पहला कदम है ।
